Waterloo Utilities has several convenient methods to pay your utility bill.
Pay By Mail
Please use the convenient envelopes that accompany each month’s utility bill and be sure to include the top portion of the bill with your payment. If you choose to pay by mail, please send check or money order only. Do not send cash. Please allow 3-5 business days when mailing your payment to our office.
Pay In Person/Drop Box
Waterloo Utilities customers can make payments with cash or check in person at the utility office, located at 575 Commercial Avenue during normal business hours Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 and 12:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. Credit and Debit cards are only accepted online or by calling 1-877-885-7968.
As an additional convenience, there is a drive-up window and a gray drop box located at the utility office at 575 Commercial Avenue. Postage is not necessary when using the drop box.
Pay Automatically (no service charge)
Payments can also be made by automatic withdrawal from your checking or savings account. The automatic payment plan will help you in several ways:
The automatic payment plan is dependable, flexible, convenient and easy. To take advantage of this service, contact our office or fill out the Automatic Payment Application and return it to the Waterloo Utilities office with a voided check.

2. You will go to our payment processor's website to register and make your payment (after you register, future payments are an easy 3-step process). Hint: when registering, use the last seven digits of your account number...example 12345-67.
Set up Auto-Pay for the amount of your bill or a fixed amount, make an immediate payment, or schedule a payment. Credit and debit cards are only accepted online or at 1-877-885-7968. The payment posts to your account the day you make it! A convenience fee of $3.99 will be added to your payment.
We offer budget billing for all of our services. The budget plan makes it possible to make averaged payments each month of the year for all your utilities. Budget plans are reviewed twice a year in March and September and are also reconciled in September. We like to see our new customers have at least 6 months of service before setting them up on a budget so they can establish average usages. It is also highly recommended that all budget customers take advantage of the ease of our automatic payment plan. Please contact our office for more information and to sign up.
Wisconsin Home Energy Assistance (WHEAP)
Waterloo Utilities reminds customers in need that resources are available to help them and their families stay safe during the winter. Waterloo Utilities participates in the Wisconsin Home Energy Assistance Program (WHEAP), which is funded through the federal Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) and Public Benefits Energy Assistance Program. WHEAP assists individuals and families that need help paying residential heat and electric bills during the winter months. Applications will be accepted October 1st through May 15th each year. Additionally, the Wisconsin Weatherization Assistance Program (WisWAP) uses energy conservation techniques to reduce the cost of home energy and correct health and safety hazards.
