Water Rates

Water costs in many neighboring communities are higher than those charged in Waterloo. Because community-owned utilities do not operate to make a profit, you pay only for the cost of service. This allows us to provide highly competitive water rates.

Water and Fire Protection Rate Tariffs are on file at the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin.

The Safe Drinking Water Act requires all public water systems to issue a water quality report every year. This report tells customers what substances are in their water and in what amounts. Click on the link  to view and/or download the latest Water Quality Report.
