The budget billing program is a free service offered to all residential customers.
The budget plan makes it possible to make averaged payments each month of the year for all your utilities. The utility will calculate the monthly budgeted amount by spreading the estimated annual bill over eleven months, with October consisting of any end of year adjustments. Budget plans are reviewed twice a year in March and September. We like to see our new customers have at least 6 months of service before setting them up on a budget so they can establish average usages.
