To pay by phone, call 1-877-885-7968. Please have your bill available so you can provide your account number. A convenience fee of $4.40 (effective 11-1-2021) per $300 transaction will be added to your payment.
To report a power outage, flickering lights, downed power lines, or other problems at your home or business related to electrical power, water, or sewer service, call 920-478-2260. Electric outages can also be reported on our website or through MyAccount.
For billing questions, service connections/disconnections, or any other need, please contact the utility office, at 920-478-2260.
We act as the billing agent for garbage for the City of Waterloo, all questions regarding garbage should be addressed to City Hall at 920 478-3025.
We service some areas of Portland with electric. Water and Sewer in Portland is through Portland Sanitary District. We act as a billing agent for Portland Sanitary District, all rates are the decision of the Portland Sanitary District.
