One of the limiting factors in decking to get an electric vehicle is the time it takes to charge the car. Waterloo Utilities wants to help. Our rebates for installing new fast chargers make switching to an electric vehicle easier than ever.

Residential Customers – more information, application

$250 rebate for a Level 2 charger

(A maximum of 50% of installed cost, not to exceed $250.)

Commercial Customers – more information, application

$1,000-$1,500 rebate per Level 2 or 3 dual-head charger

(A maximum of 50% of installed cost, not to exceed $1,500.)
