Moratorium Ending

At an open meeting held by the Wisconsin Public Service Commission (PSC) on June 11, 2020, a timeline was created to start lifting the orders set in place by Governor Evers’ Executive Order #72. At this time, the PSC has directed Utilities that past due customers can face disconnection beginning on July 25,2020. Additionally, the suspension of late payment fees has been lifted and late payment penalties will again be assessed to past due balances.

We understand that the last few months have been difficult for many of our customers and we are willing to work with you to set up a payment plan to get your utility balance paid. If immediate payment cannot be made, we urge you to call our office today to set up a deferred payment arrangement (DPA). Additionally, you may be eligible for Energy Assistance through the Jefferson County Energy Services. Even if you have received Energy Assistance in the past, we encourage you to call Jefferson County Energy Services at 1-866-432-8947 to see if you are eligible for additional funding.

Our lobby remains closed at this time, however we continue to provide you services over the phone and through email ( Our office is open Monday – Friday from 7:30am to 4pm. Payments can also be made through the mail, drop box,  or by paying with your credit card on our website.
