Residential Service – Customer Charge & Minimum Bill

General Service Demand less than 50kW per month – Customer Charge & Bill

General Service Optional Time-of-Day <50 kW per month – Customer Charge & Minimum Bill

Small Power – Customers with monthly demand 50kW-200kW

For each month, the customer shall be billed the lesser of 1) the amount for the Energy Limiter or 2) the amount for the Energy Charge plus the amount for the Demand Charge. It does not affect the customer charge, the distribution demand charge and the PCAC.

Large Power – Customers with monthly demand 200kW-1,000kW

On-Peak Hours: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Mon.—Fri., excluding holidays.

Off Peak Hours: All times not specified as On-Peak

Power Cost Adjustment Clause (PCAC): Adjustment reflecting monthly changes in the cost of power, generation, and transmission.

Commitment to Community Charge (CTC): State required funding of the low income assistance and energy efficiency programs. The charge shall not exceed the greater of the monthly amount shown or 3% of the other electric charges excluding sales tax.

Energy Charge: The total cumulative quantity of electric energy delivered during the billing period measure in kilowatt hours (kWh).

Demand Charge: The peak single moment of electric energy consumption during the current billing period on-peak hours, measure in kilowatts (kW).

Distribution Demand Charge: The peak single moment of electric energy consumption during the prior twelve months regardless of time of day, measured in kilowatts (kW).
